HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders typically take 3 - 5 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During festive seasons, processing time may increase. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. ViseStuff ships internationally using trusted couriers.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

All orders will come with a tracking number. This tracking number will be provided to you in the Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the link to track your order.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Though we highly encourage you to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. You may change your order or shipping address within 24 hours of your purchase. We process orders within the next few days from when they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at visestuff@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises. After 24 hours, or if the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, we cannot make changes to the order.
