WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 5 days of your purchase. You will receive an email containing a link which allows you to track your order. See Shipping for more details.
MY CARD IS DECLINED! WHY IS THIS SO?
The likely reason is that your credit card is not yet activated for overseas transactions. Vogue Hem is a registered company in the beautiful city of Singapore and our registered business address is in Singapore as well.
To have your purchase approved, just make a call to your local bank to activate your card to allow for overseas transactions and all will be good.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product (the date it is signed over from your local postal service). If 7 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If the fault is on us (mixed up order, faulty on arrival), we will bear the shipping costs for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We highly recommend consulting with our support team for before sending your product out.
